Registration Transportation Accommodation Miscellaneous
  • 1. The participants should be an undergraduate or a post graduate. There are no restrictions on team formation. The members of the team are not required to be of the same college.
  • 2. Interested students are advised to register online preferably before 1st april on fest website:www.akgec.org/techtrishna
  • 3. An online Registration Slip will be generated at the time of online registration.
  • 4. Once the participant enters the campus, he/she has to confirm his/her registration at the registration desk two hours before a particular event. Confirmation at the registration desk is compulsory to compete for any event.
  • 5. Each participant must carry an institutional identity card (having participant’s photograph necessarily),which he/she should present at the time of confirmation at the registration desk.
  • Registration Fee:

  • 1. There is no registration fee.
  • 2. For participants requiring boarding/lodging facility,a fee of Rs150 will be charged at the time of registration(shared hostel facility will be provided).
  • 1. Transportation facility will be provided from Ghaziabad Railway Station to the Institute campus. The institute bus will be available at the Ghaziabad Railway Station from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm on April 2nd ,2010.
  • 2. The transportation facility provided (from Ghaziabad Railway Station to the Institute) will absolutely be free of cost.
  • 1. All participants requiring accommodation and mess facility will be provided lodging (separate for boys and girls) in a shared hostel accommodation.
  • 2. Mess facility would include breakfast, lunch, evening tea & snack (on 2nd and 3rd April, 2010) and dinner (only on 2nd April, 2010).
  • 3. Mess facility will be available only during the official mess timings of the hostel.
  • 4. Apart from the mess provided, college canteen will be kept open throughout the duration of the fest for the participants.
  • 1. Participants are required to maintain proper decorum and discipline throughout the fest; any act of indiscipline or misconduct will lead to the cancellation of the candidature of the participant.
  • 2. Smoking, drinking alcohol or chewing pan masala/guthka within the premises of the college is strictly prohibited.
  • 3. Decision of the judges in various events will be final and no objection shall be entertained.
  • 4. College will not be responsible for the belongings of the participants.
  • 5. Girl participants are advised to strictly follow the girl’s hostel timings.
