ANTI-RAGGING & MINI MARATHON

Each college is now a day’s
facing one of the burning issues of “ragging”.
We here at A.K.G.E.C have adopted
various measures to eradicate this word or perhaps this fear from each one’s heart.
College has taken numerous effects to avoid ragging in the college. It has launched
various campaigns and had taken various other steps to curb ragging among the newcomers
and to make the world “RAGGING FREE”. It has framed various anti-ragging squads
to put them at ease and provide them with the air free from fetters of ragging to
breath.
Seniors of the college have themselves put their step forward in doing
the same. A mini “Marathon Run” is being
organized by the seniors of the college for spreading the awareness regarding anti
ragging measures. As a part of various anti-ragging campaigns mini marathon is a
way to spread social awareness against it, It is a anti-ragging marathon for a distance
of 5 kms to spread its message of “Stop Ragging”. The aim of this marathon is to
inspire various other institutes to be a part of this campaign and hence save the
future of India, Management, faculty and students being the integral part of it.
Such a run would boost up each and every student to stop this activity of ragging.
The seniors here at AKGEC have sown the seed for anti ragging with a hope that the
seed would bloom out into a flower whose aroma would stamp out the word ragging
from the society. AKGECians would be role model for the others in making a ragging
free world.
