Conatus

   CONATUS is the Computer Science and Information Technology Society of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad .CONATUS means impulsive force, with an aim to provide a platform to all the students to test and show their technical skills. Its foundation was laid on 10th October, 2005 by five students, under the guidance of the HOD of CSE and IT department.

   AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
1. Bridge the gap between students, college & industrial fraternity.
2. Promotion & assistance to projects undertaken by students.
3. Setting up of a Technical query cell where students can submit their technical queries & they
will answered as soon as possible.
4. Regular organization of the competitions & activities that will sharpen the creative as well as
   technical perception of the students.

   Since its establishment CONATUS has organized various events like BOOJHO TO JANE

   CONATUS organized Various events in 2006 like DA-AKG CODE, NETWORKING, OVER NIGHT
PROGRAMMING, WEB DESIGNING, ON THE SPOT PROGRAMMING were some of the major events
and the list goes on.
CONATUS organized many events in the first ever inter-college technical fest AKGEC .Some of the
major events were-
